SQD Level III
Service par excellence: We have been committed to the ServiceQualität Deutschland initiative since 2006 and have even been certified in the highest category SQD Level III since 2021.
The commitment to more quality has paid off! Not only did we defend our award, but we actually moved up. With the highest certificate SQD Level III, we are the first state tourism organization in Germany with this recognition.
TourCert
The LTV office has dealt intensively with sustainability aspects and successfully completed the TourCert check. With the certification, LTV SACHSEN commits itself to sustainable management.
Only those who consciously review their own actions can continuously develop themselves and improve their sustainability performance. We want to promote sustainability in tourism in Saxony's DMOs as well and set an authentic example.
German Tourism Award 2019
The German Tourism Association (DTV) awards the German Tourism Prize every year. This is awarded as part of the annual German Tourism Day event. A total of 72 projects and initiatives applied for the award in 2019. A jury of tourism experts and trade journalists selected the award winners according to the criteria of degree of innovation, quality & customer orientation, economic efficiency and sustainability. The LTV SACHSEN was selected together with and KREATIVES SACHSEN for the implementation of the “SO GEHT SÄCHSISCH.” ideas competition with the ADAC special prize. The jury thus honored the cooperation between tourism and the creative industries.
